For face to face meetings we ask clients to:
- Book a time allocation that is applicable to your needs.
- Consult our annual checklist to ensure you have all information required
- Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please note cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Secure upload of information and a phone call
Clients may prefer to have their return prepared remotely eliminating the need to come into our office.
We ask clients to:
